Monkey found this on the side of the box, and we cooked them to take to K of C yesterday for the Chiefs game. They were a SMASH hit, and EASY to make! Nice finger-food appetizers. Would've posted under appetizers, but I didn't see that category out here. Enjoy!! CHEERS! Chuckie Bacon-Broccoli Mac&Cheese Bites*1 pkg. (14 oz) Kraft Deluxe Four Cheese (trust me, next time will be $$ Store brand, all the same!) *1 cup finely chopped broccoli (Monkey used frozen) *1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits (see the ad campaign here?!) *2 green onions, sliced *2 eggs, beaten *3/4 cup KRAFT finely shredded Cheddar Cheese (OMG!! Another ad!) Heat oven to 400. Prep M&C as directed on pkg, adding broccoli to the boiling H20 for the last 2 min. Stir in bacon, onions and eggs. Spoon into 30 greased mini muffin pan cups ( no paper liners necessary). Top with shredded cheese. Bake 8 to 10 min., or until golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from pan. ---------------------------------- We had a VERY few leftover, and I melted some butter in a skillet this a.m., broke two up & sauteed them a minute or two, then threw in a scrambled egg over the top. Pretty tasty use for leftovers-- IF you get any!!

Yes, and I bet even better with homemade mac-n-cheese and real crumbled bacon. Although I love even box macaroni and cheese! My favorite food!
