Made these last night, OMG, were they GOOD! Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Peel 6 or 8 potatoes, rinse & chunk into serving sized pieces (I halved or third the spuds depending on size). In a plastic grocery bag, put: 1 TBS each garlic powder, onion powder, basil & parsley flakes. 1/2 tsp each seasoned salt and chipolte pepper (optional) Add whatever other spices you like, shake bag to mix well. In another bag, put: 1 or 2 TBS olive oil Put spuds in bag with olive oil, shake bag to coat (can also 'massage' spuds through bag to coat. Place oiled potatoes in bag of spices, shake WELL to coat thoroughly. Place in 9 x 13 pan, put in preheated oven. Leave gas on 15 minutes. CWTGTO 45 minutes or longer (we left ours in approx 2 hours). Man, were they DELISH--a crispy herbed crust/nice & moist inside. ENJOY!! CHEERS! Chuckie
