1 cup finely sliced onion 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans) Combine ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers.

Someone brought it to a party I was at and people were scooping it up. Go figure that something simple to make and (uh -a tad fattening) would taste good but it does. May be good for Super Bowl this weekend.

If I eat it with smoked or planked salmon, will that offset the mayonnaise calories???

Fabluloso, had it tonight with baking powder biscuits and baked chicken, made a great topper for the biscuits. Used mozzerella and medium cheddar combo for the cheese. I'm stuffed.
