Any roaster that will fit in the oven will work. But the general wisdom is that the enameled LISK/REED roasters are the best in any oven. (Or at least any roaster with the same principle design, with the concave lid.)

The Lisk doesn't do my crispy duck recipe very well. Too deep, even using a v-rack. IGreat for turkey or roast goose which has lots of fat to render out.
I was hoping folks would post about what size they use. I know that if it fits in the oven it would fit <lol> - what I need are SIZES because most of the handles poke out the sides so even if I buy a 16", it may not fit because of the handles. See what I mean? So I was hoping folks may chime in with sizes/makes/models etc.
I want stainless because it cleans up easily. Enameled would be super - except I haven't managed to find any so far. I'm talking enameled like what Jamie Oliver uses. Its not enameled cast iron, its enameled steel, etc.

Like this one - only the handles stick out so I doubt it would fit in the oven. tinyurl.com/5nga5w
