Sure, Hi to all. I have had a mauve/pink chambers for over 25 years and just got my second one this week as a fixer. A white high back that needs lots of TLC. But it was free and that is hard to pass up with my background of fixing old stuff. A bit intimidating in its shape. Found in an old appliance store that had been closed for over 30 years and it was stored in the back of the store. Also picked up a 1920's Maytag wringer washing machine for the picking up.
So, though a bit intimidated by the shape of the Chambers, I put gas to it toda

Welcome to the site, AND to the madness!!! Congrats too on your great finds! I don't know if I've ever even SEEN a pink Chambers!
If you run across anything that stumps ya on the fixer-upper, just post it here. I don't think there is ANYTHING that could come up that someone on here has already fought with!
Welcome again--and remember--we LOVE pictures! ;D

Pink huh, I might have to draw the line on a pink stove but, to each his own. I'd like to see picture of that one though. But welcome anyway. We welcome all shapes, sizes, ages & colors. As long as it's a chambers your in good company. Many of our stoves are one of a kind in one way or another but, we're all equal here in the chambers commune.

It actually goes pretty nicely with the raw brick wall.
