Remodeling our kitchen, and plan on using the MT-42-C-1 Range top and Oven (unknown model) we found on Craigslist. Also any information on finding service manuals for these two would be appreciated. Thanks to fellow members, I have found the tags that list BTU requirements and Model Numbers. No luck yet on finding literature on the oven (Model OGV0-4A3R).... Photo linkAttachments:

Most people on this forum have the older models. You might try Don Mattera, a member here who does restoration on Chambers stoves. He may have what you’re looking for or at least he able to point you in the right direction!

For proper venting you need to know the BTU ratings. Taken directly from the model C manual, the regular burners are rated at 9000 BTU each. The broiler at 15000 BTU for naturals gas. For propane, the broiler is the same, but the top burners are rated at 7500 BTU. I'd assume the cook-top would be rated at the same, but don't quote me. The oven, I have no idea, but the BTU rating might be on the model/serial number plate where ever it is. The model C oven is rated at 21000 BTU, but your oven might be different. That oven looks like it's from the 1960 or so. It looks similar to an Kenmore electric oven my uncle installed in my house around 1960.
Todd White the moderator at Chambers Rangers (https://chambersrangers.proboards.com/) use to sell manuals, but he said he was selling the business a while ago. I'm unsure what happened with that. You can try to contact him.

That's a really nice set and you're going to love using them. That cooktop was pretty high end for its time and commonly installed in high end kitchens. I just sent you a message. I can send you a PDF of the MT-42-C manual but don't have anything in my collection on that model of wall oven. I just sent an email to several former co-workers who might have one, so will see what I can find. If I remember right, the wall oven was made by Rangaire and very similar models were made by them and distributed with Rangaire, Roper, and other labels, so it's likely to be the generic manual with pages showing specifics to each label. Somewhere on your oven there would be a data plate with model, serial number, and BTU requirements so if it didn't get removed somewhere along the line the info should be somewhere on the appliance. If you can find that, let us know, maybe even a picture of the label if possible.
