Quick DISCLAIMER--I cooked this outside on the grill, BUT I think you could CERTAINLY do it on the Chambers broiler by getting it preheated per Idlehour instructions.

OK gang, I had bought boneless pork rib meat from Price Chopper from the closeout aisle. I put it in to marinade about 11:00 am YESTERDAY, but due to unforeseen circumstances, did NOT grill till tonight. Also, I only "eyeballed" the ingredient amounts, didn't measure exactly--as I was in a hurry--but I suspect I was VERY close!! And it is absolutely EXCELLENT!!! And as some poster said, they're NOT fans of soy sauce--neither am I--but you couldn't taste it AT ALL.
Below is the link to the online recipe, will cut/paste actual recipe below before it "dies":

Pork Chop Marinade
This pork chop marinade is a blend of garlic, herbs, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and Dijon mustard. It produces perfect marinated pork chops every time, and you can use your pork marinade for baked, broiled, grilled or sauteed pork.
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed (I used bottled store bought)
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
(I also added about a tsp of Chipotle dried pepper seasoning, but couldn't actually TASTE it!)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl or resealable gallon sized bag (I used a gallon bag). If using a bowl, whisk to combine the ingredients. If using a bag, seal the bag and shake to combine the ingredients.
Add 2-3 pounds of pork chops, then marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours. Proceed with cooking method of your choice.
It was absolutely FAB, pix below!!! Although I did mine on the outside grill, I think you could CERTAINLY do it on the Chambers broiler by getting it preheated per Idlehour instructions. I flipped the pork after 5 minutes each side.
And recipe for the Mushroom Rice I posted out here under the rice category.
CHEERS!
