Well, after almost 4 years of perfect service, my 90C has issues.
My burners won’t light. I can smell propane, see light under the wagon wheel, but nothing. I have cleaned out the igniter tubes. We have refilled tank. What more is there to do? Can the adjustment on ferrules change over time?
Also, my broiler is stuck in the up position. Handle turns, nothing moves. Can not recall which model of broiler box I have. Have the manual, but it doesn’t really tell me where to begin troubleshooting.
Help!

Will the burners light with a match or one of those BBQ sticks? I've heard of the filter on a C series getting plugged with debris but that's normally on natural gas, though it's certainly possible on propane too.
One the griddle lift handle, is it spinning on the shaft? I see the shafts sometimes where they have a groove all the way around them from that happening.

Griddle....remove the handle using a small Allen wrench and check to see if the shaft it mounts on is stripped. The spring should be good if the burner/griddle is staying up. Other than that you will need to remove the left side panel and investigate. Maybe a piece is broken? Post pictures if you can.
Burners....so your top burners WILL LIGHT using a match but they WON’T light off the flashtubes??? You cleaned / checked the long flashtubes and sounds like they are good. Did you make sure the small tip is still on the end of each flashtube AND inserted correctly into the hole on the burners? If all 3 stopped igniting at the same time I’d guess it’s a change in the gas pressure coming from the LP tank. It could be a faulty regulator on the bottle. Other than that it would be the pilot flame itself...but not likely I’d say.
