Made this tonight w/ingredients from Aldis--- AWESOME!!! 2 boneless chicken breasts 2 to 4 slices Aldi's Black Forest Ham--enough to cover hammered out breasts 2 to 4 slices Aldi's Swiss Cheese--enough to cover hammered out breasts 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs 1 TBS Paprika 1 egg beaten Preheat Chambers to 350. Slit chicken breasts to almost all the way through, then lay open between two pieces of plastic wrap. Pound the hell outta it w/the flat side of a meat tenderizer, until approx. 1/4" thick. Place BF Ham on top, then Swiss Cheese--both to cover. Roll up on itself L to R, and tuck outside R edge into fold. Dip into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs mixed with paprika. Butter a baking dish, place folded side down in dish. Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees, or until chicken juices run clear. I served w/mashed spuds & French style green beans sauteed in butter & onions. CHEERS! Chuckie
