I found 5 mini pyrex pie dishes at a yard sale last year. Hard to believe, but I haven't used them until today. Why not, you ask? Because apparently I'm a knucklehead. A one crust pie crust divided into 5 sections, rolled out however the roll(for that rustic tart look) and blueberry filling. 25 min at 450*, and about 1 hour with the gas off. I'm glad I put them on a cookie sheet--they had the look of something that would bubble over and so they did. They will make a nice dessert to go with the beer braised short ribs from the Twell! I love my stove.

Around this house those would be called "single serving pies" no cutting required.
