It seems I've misplaced the info I had on how wide of a space to leave for a B or BZ stove. I remember that it was less than for a C and I kicked around leaving the opening for a C so that's what I used in my design but as I get closer to installing cabinets I'm kicking back and forth which way to go. If I remember right it was the width of the cooktop plus 1/2 inch (1/4 inch on each side) but darned if I can find the info. Does anyone have the info and, if not, recommendations? I'm just getting ready to start putting up the ceiling so with all of the interruptions figure I won't be putting cabinets in for a couple of weeks - and that assumes no surprises when I pull the old lower cabinets out.

are you asking the dimensions of the B/BZ or how much space to leave next to the panels? The latter is 1/2". as you know I incorporated my "secret" side cabinets which allowed me to use the stove panel as one wall and avoid the issue.

The B is 37 1/4" wide & the C is 37 5/8". I don't recall where the BZ fall into there.

Pooka, I just measured the cooktop of my BZ and it's 37 1/4, so same as the B. Seems to me that we determined that the panels are interchangeable other than the Chambers graphic. Was it the B that has several variants? Like the FW, high and low side panel mount brackets and so on?

mach12, I believe you're correct. The body of the stoves themselves is the same, but the side & front panels are longer on some than others. I forget which though. I know I've seen some pics dugbug posted about his Dad's 15-B-4FW Silverlite on the other site showing the difference. There are some that also have the Chambers logo on the front right corner of the folding top, while other have it on the top left corner of the front panel. I do remember the logo is on the right side of the low back balustrade of the model 10-B just like it is on my model 74.
