Yup, I said it... BBQ Spaghetti. That's what I made last (2 nights ago).
HI GUYS! Good to see you are all still here and loving life. I still have my Chambers, although it's in bad shape. A renter abused it and it's in terrible shape, needs a good rehab for sure.
OK,
Start with a pound of your favorite BBQ Brisket (if you are savvy, cook your own... but that's outside of the scope of this recipe).
1/2 cup butter, in skillet until it melts. Add brisket, cut into bite-size pieces... not shredded, just chopped roughly. Fry until the Brisket is browning on the edges. You're trying to glaze the pan here with bits of goodies. Add a 1/2 cup water, de-glaze the pan. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes (fresh tomatoes don't seem to work as well) Cook for about 5 minutes Add about 16 ounces of your favorite BBQ sauce (if you are savvy, make your own... but that's outside the scope of this recipe). Bring to a boil and then reduce temps to a simmer... simmer long enough for everything to blend. I do about 20 minutes.
On the side, cook up your spaghetti noodles. (If you are savvy, make your own... but that's outside the scope of this recipe).
When noodles are done, plate the noodles, ladle the meat sauce over them. Serve with Buttered Toast.
Viola! YUMMY.
