Is online the same as being "on forum"? I've read so many of her old recipes and posts. So I join my voice to yours Chuckie. I want to hear from her too!

Was she on the rangers site as well? Maybe summers coming to an end and she has more time. (So says someone feeling the same way!)

I think it's been a couple years since she's been posting. I'm not sure if she was still active here when I started, but if she wasn't it was only recently so. But from reading her old posts, she knows her baking and cooking like the pro I believe she is.
I know what you mean about summer coming to an end. It can't come soon enough for me. I've been laboring under the relentless triple tyranny of tomatoes, green beans and raspberries. Pick, process, freeze, repeat. Green beans and tomatoes are cheap enough--if I let some get away from me and have to give them to the chickens it's no great loss, but raspberries are too darn expensive--I would probably never buy them if I didnt grow them, and the first few days as they ripen they're like little gold nuggets they're so precious, but then they just keep coming, and there are so many of them and I keep hearing the voice of Kyle Reese from the first Terminator movie telling Sarah Connor that they absolutely will not stop until she is dead, or in my case, until the first night it goes down to 27 deg. It is a banner crop this year. And my patch has expanded itself into the chicken yard where, fertilized into godzilla berries, they are towering over my head until they start to fill out and ripen, and then they get so heavy I have to prop them up with tree branches.
