Started rice in a small well pot. Chopped veggies, then relaxed all afternoon. Browned meat, sautéed vegetables, roux and then combine. Rice not overdone (even though I had to hold dinner for my son until almost 8:00). Everything hot, filling, and delicious. He loves my stove too, because it produces good eats. He doesn't cook. He appreciates. And he is impressed.

Now at the helm of your new vessel, you'll begin to master the tiller & learn how she sails. Your voyage of discovery has just begun. It's a cruise that can last a lifetime.

Nana, Pooka, I am so excited about cooking again. Some of it is to do with space (cabin kitchen was 60"), some with design (baking location, cooking location, clean-up location are convenient), but the stove makes it. Walking away after prep without worrying about burning, or over and undercooked food is so liberating. Ha! The Chambers literature was legit.
