This came with my new 90C. It was with the Thermobaker. Is it for rolls? I haven't been able to find another one online. Thanks! Attachments:

Used for steaming/baking solids like puddings, custards, breads..... Heating foods over hot water. etc. Should fit just barely into a larger pan to be used over boiling water or hot water. Was part of a larger set of cookware most likely. Is there a makers name on the bottom? Could be used for rolls as well. A versatile pan for sure.

This came with my new 90C. It was with the Thermobaker. Is it for rolls? I haven't been able to find another one online. Thanks! One of the large pots that came with one of my stoves (one of the A series, I think) has one like that, though I don't know whether it's the same one. Sure looks like it though.
When I first opened the pot there sat the insert. The pot has dimples to keep the insert at the top.Only problem was that one of the bails was missing so I took a piece of heavy wire (the high tensile stuff they stretch between posts when they put up chain link fence) and made one. Can't tell it's not original.
This is the pot before I cleaned it up and put in the bail.

cinnabar - It says "wear ever" and "Chambers Corp" on the bottom of the pan, so I'm guessing it came with the oven originally. Looks like a nice little pan for rolls. Custards sound good, too!
