OMG, my sister brought this to Mom's for a Thanksgiving dessert, and MAN, was it GOOD!!! Not only THAT, prolly the easiest thing I've ever made!! Here's her recipe: LAZY COOKIE CAKE1 box of white or yellow cake mix {I used white}2 eggs beaten 5 Tbl melted butter 2 c mini choc chips {I used 10 oz. of Ghirardelli, 60% Bittersweet Chocolate Chips}Mix butter & beaten eggs together. Add cake mix, mix w/spoon until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Put in 9x13 greased pan and bake @350 degrees for 20 min. {Be aware that the dough is VERY thick, and scarcely covered the bottom of the pan. I wound up using my fingers to push it out to the edges & kinda even it out...}
Here's a pic of the one I just made, cooling b4 we eat it: Enjoy! CHEERS! Chuckie

That looks like my kind of cake/cookie! I love cakes that use a mix as a starting point,although I generally try to use whole grain. Oh well, can't be good all the time.
