Just took my cake out of the oven, used a new recipe and it said to grease and flour pans, but silly me should have known better and lined the pan with paper also. ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) TOO Moist and fell into pieces. One layer is good so I frosted it.(White Choc Butter cream) The other will become brownie sundae material. A WIN WIN for us! Pictures to follow. I also pre-cooked a rack of ribs on the stovetop with the wear roaster ever for a couple hours, we will grill them later.
