I think i posted this recipe on the "other board". This is a great comfort cold weather meal.
Take one pork shoulder also called picnic. I used a 6 pounder. Use 1/4 worchester sauce and message into meat. Place in your lisk or dutch oven fat side up. Take 1/2 cup of brown sugar (light or dark) and pat on top and sides. Pour 1 cup apple juice in bottom of pan. Slow cook at 200 for one hour and 3 to 4 hours on retained heat. It's a falling off the bone to die for dinner. Not a fancy meal but just plain yummy. I serve it with rice to catch all that nice gravy.

I just happen to have one of them in the freezer! I was going to make posole soup with it, but..........
I have all the ingredients and all the time necessary to make that this weekend ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
