Just too simple and easy....measurements are not too important...
4 cups of flour, i use standard white 1.25 cups of water, tepid is better than cool a nice pinch of salt
mix the flour and salt and add the water...mix it all up into a softish but not sticky dough
pull off hunks and roll into balls about the size of a ping pong ball
i run the balls through a pasta machine up to and including number six, our machine goes to seven...if rolling by hand, roll thin thinner and thinner
place on cookie sheet and pierce all over with a fork to avoid puffing up
cook four to five minutes at 475-500 degrees
if you serve these to guests, they will be SO impressed!!!

Ha, I will try these also , my youngest daughter is a matzoh junkie. I will try these with Ina's chopped chicken liver recipe which I saw yesterday on the way home from Florida. What I really wanted was the matzoh ball recipe, I'm tired and my brain is moving faster than my fingers. pastagirl
